As a Client Engagement Coordinator, you will play a central role in maintaining strong client relationships through consistent communication and coordination. You will act as a liaison between internal departments and clients, ensuring timely follow-ups, accurate recordkeeping, and smooth delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client inquiries and serve as a reliable point of contact for ongoing engagements
- Coordinate meetings, track project milestones, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Support onboarding initiatives and assist with client training sessions
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence tailored to client needs
- Monitor engagement metrics and generate performance summaries
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and client services to align efforts and improve workflows
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance client processes and communication practices
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, along with 2–4 years of experience in client support, account coordination, or administrative functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms is essential. Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills are required, as is the ability to handle confidential data with discretion.
Experience working with government contracts or defense-sector clients is preferred, as is familiarity with client engagement systems and reporting tools.
