Lafayette School Corporation is hiring a Director of Technology (CTO) to provide visionary leadership and operational oversight for all instructional and operational technology. This position ensures that technology infrastructure, digital learning tools, cybersecurity, and data platforms effectively support teaching, learning, and district operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead all aspects of district technology, including strategic technology planning, network and infrastructure management, cybersecurity and data protection, device lifecycle management, instructional technology integration, and technology support services.
- Collaborate with district leadership, school administrators, teachers, and community partners to ensure technology supports instructional excellence, operational efficiency, and student success.
- Support district priorities by ensuring reliable and equitable access to technology resources for students and staff.
- Support high-quality learning experiences through effective digital tools and infrastructure.
- Align technology initiatives with district strategic goals and continuous improvement efforts.
- Create safe and secure digital environments for students and staff.
- Empower staff through professional learning and responsive technology support.
- Promote collaboration and innovation through effective technology integration.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to the Superintendent or Designee.
Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $90,000-$100,000 commensurate with experience, training, and education.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located at the Hiatt Administration Center.
