As the Chief Information Officer at Kiinc, you will lead our enterprise technology vision at a 100% employee-owned company. You’ll partner across the organization to modernize legacy systems, drive meaningful business outcomes, and ensure technology is a key enabler of growth.

What You'll Do

Set and communicate a clear, future-focused technology vision.
Build and execute a multi-year IT roadmap that supports business growth.
Lead modernization efforts, including ERP transformation from legacy platforms.
Develop and empower a high-performing IT leadership team.
Strengthen cybersecurity, resilience planning, and IT governance.
Explore and implement emerging technologies such as AI, cloud solutions, and automation.
Partner with leaders across the organization to understand technology needs and enhance business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in IT or a related business field.
Proven experience leading ERP modernization and transformation.
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in management.
Strength in IT governance, strategy, innovation, and cybersecurity.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead organizational change.

Nice to Have

Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
