TMC is hiring a forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to be responsible for the overall financial strategy, health, and performance of the organization. This executive role provides strategic guidance to the CEO, Owners/Shareholders, and executive leadership team.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the senior financial executive responsible for the company’s financial vision, strategy, and long-term planning.
- Advise executive leadership on financial implications of business decisions, growth opportunities, and organizational risks.
- Lead the development of financial strategies that support company goals, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the Board, Owners/Shareholders, and leadership teams.
- Provide executive oversight of all accounting-related functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
- Oversee all banking relationships, treasury functions, and cash-flow management.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial statements and reporting.
- Provide executive oversight of contract financial terms, revenue structures, and compliance.
- Provide strategic direction for financial systems, reporting tools, and technology infrastructure.
- Oversee year-end close, tax preparation, and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Lead the company’s budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Identify financial, operational, and strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting teams.
- Attend and actively participate in executive leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and company functions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a CFO-level or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate finance.
- Proven experience leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Healthcare experience managing multi-entity or multi-location financial operations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels as needed.
Nice to Have
- MBA or CPA.

This role reports to the CEO and Owners/Shareholders.
