TMC is hiring a strategic Chief Financial Officer to be responsible for the overall financial health, strategy, and performance of our organization. In this executive role, you will lead all finance and accounting functions while serving as a key advisor to the CEO, Owners/Shareholders, and Executive Leadership Team.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the senior financial executive responsible for financial strategy, vision, and long-term planning.
- Advise the CEO, COO, Owners/Shareholders, and executive leadership on financial risks, growth opportunities, and business decisions.
- Develop and execute financial strategies that support organizational goals, operational efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Present financial results, forecasts, and strategic insights to the Board and executive leadership.
- Provide executive oversight of all accounting functions including annual audits, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, general ledger, and multi-entity consolidation.
- Oversee banking relationships, treasury operations, and cash flow management.
- Manage debt, financing arrangements, and capital structure to support growth.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial statements.
- Establish and maintain strong financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
- Provide financial oversight of contract terms, pricing models, and revenue structures.
- Provide strategic leadership over financial systems, reporting tools, and data governance.
- Oversee year-end close and coordination with external tax advisors.
- Lead annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
- Develop multi-year financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning.
- Identify financial, operational, and strategic risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
- Partner cross-functionally with department leaders to support business initiatives.
- Travel as required and participate in customer and prospective customer meetings.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years in a CFO - Chief Financial Officer or equivalent executive finance leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, internal controls, and corporate finance.
- Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multi-entity or multi-location healthcare / therapy or allied health operations.
- Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.
Nice to Have
- MBA and/or CPA.
- Progressive leadership experience within healthcare organizations.
