Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver meals across breakfast, crib, and dinner services
- Maintain food safety standards and HACCP compliance
- Work collaboratively in a high-performing kitchen team
- Support quality and consistency across services
Requirements
- Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery
- Experience in bulk catering or high-volume kitchens
- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Flexible team player with strong communication skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical (including drug & alcohol testing)
- Australian Citizenship, Full Australian working rights or eligible for visa sponsorship

Additional Information
- Working on-site means 11-hour days on a 2:1 roster (two weeks on, one week off).
- Fly from Cairns and work across busy kitchen operations preparing high-volume, nutritious meals for mining village residents.
