Requirements
- 1 year of CDL-A driving experience in the last 3 years
- At least 23 years old
- Valid commercial motor vehicle license
- Passed DOT Physical from a nationally registered DOT approved physician
- No driving disqualifications
- Completed DOT road test
- PSP report scores of 10 or below in the past 3 years
- No more than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English

- Manage all local truckload deliveries, primarily drop and hook.
- Deliver and pick up trailers within 300 miles, completing about 4-5 routes per shift.
- Operate an automatic, 53’ truck/dry van for 9-10 hour shifts.
- Work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulate.
- Physically able to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and sit in a vehicle cab for entire shifts of varying lengths.
- Noise level in the work environment varies by location.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including eye and ear protection and safety shoes.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and color vision.
