Responsibilities
- Enable deployment, operation, and continuous enhancement of AI and large language model platforms using native Azure services.
- Engage in cloud platform engineering and operations across Azure, AWS, and GCP, with primary focus on Azure PaaS, AI capabilities, and automation-driven design.
- Help monitor, evaluate, and resolve issues related to performance, reliability, and cost efficiency in both AI and general cloud workloads.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure meets scalability, security, and compliance standards in production environments.
- Contribute to infrastructure delivery using GitHub workflows, with repositories serving as the authoritative source for configuration and deployment changes.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines aligned with GitOps principles using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
- Develop and sustain Terraform scripts for Infrastructure as Code to enable consistent, auditable, and repeatable environment provisioning.
- Adhere to defined standards for infrastructure automation using Terraform, ARM, Bicep, JSON, and PowerShell.
- Assist in deploying and managing containerized systems, including routine administration and issue resolution.
- Support development and platform teams in transitioning to cloud-native and microservices-based system designs.
- Integrate containerized application workflows into automated CI/CD and GitOps pipelines.
- Participate in round-the-clock production support for critical systems as needed.
- Deliver ongoing technical support for cloud platforms, SaaS applications, and enterprise-wide systems.
- Help maintain comprehensive system documentation such as architecture visuals, operational runbooks, and procedures.
- Support environments meeting compliance standards including SOC2, ISO27001, and HIPAA.
- Work with cloud architecture, security, and operations teams to implement and refine platform standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and leadership about system status, incidents, and operational updates.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Standard working hours are typically 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday; flexibility is required for work outside these hours based on project demands.
- The organization follows a hybrid work model that includes in-office presence on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with remote work permitted on Mondays and Fridays.
