KairosIT is hiring a Level 1 / Level 2 Support Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting services. This role is a key part of our IT operations, directly contributing to user satisfaction and system reliability.
What You'll Do
- Provide first and second-line technical support for users, diagnosing and resolving issues
- Document all support interactions, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system
- Escalate complex technical problems to appropriate senior teams when necessary
- Communicate clearly with users to understand issues and guide them through resolution steps
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own task queue effectively
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Colombia, specifically in the Antioquia, Bogotá, or Cartagena regions.
