HireHawk is looking for a Candidate Screening Specialist to play a critical role in our recruitment process. You will ensure that only qualified candidates proceed through the hiring pipeline by reviewing applications, conducting initial screenings, and evaluating potential fits for various roles.
What You'll Do
- Review candidate applications
- Conduct initial screenings
- Evaluate potential fits for various roles based on defined criteria
- Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical rigor
- Work closely with Recruiters to facilitate seamless hiring processes
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience reviewing candidate applications and conducting screenings
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate candidate fit against defined criteria
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with Recruiters and other team members
- Excellent communication and evaluation skills
Benefits & Compensation
- Monthly compensation: $600–$1,000 USD

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in the Philippines.
