PointClickCare is looking for a Senior UX Designer to join our team focused on the Life Sciences sector. You will take a leading role in shaping the user experience for our specialized platform, designing solutions that address complex clinical and operational workflows.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process for the Life Sciences product line
- Translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive, user-centered interface designs
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement solutions
- Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and validate concepts
- Advocate for UX best practices and design consistency across the platform
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional UX design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing your process
- Proven experience designing for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications or SaaS platforms
- Expert proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
- Authorization to work in Canada
