Oakland Feather River Camp is hiring a Camp Bus Stop Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Set up and run the Oakland bus stop - manage check-in/out, lunches, car and booster seats, and luggage.
  • Drive a rental vehicle and take care of supply pickups, returns, and schedule coordination.
  • Keep accurate records of riders, arrivals, departures, and supplies for reporting.
  • Prepare lunches and snacks; pick up sandwiches and assemble sack lunches.
  • Maintain and organize the storage unit and all transportation supplies.
  • Work with leadership to update transportation processes and documentation.

Additional Information

  • Position is Oakland-based with no camp housing provided.
  • Job is seasonal with set dates and part-time hours.
  • Must be available for all required transportation dates and prep days, including early mornings or evenings.
  • Driving a rental vehicle is required.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.
  • Use of Google Workspace and basic tech tools is required.
  • Spanish language skills are preferred and come with additional compensation.
