Henry Schein One LLC is looking for a CA Henry Schein Brands Specialist to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth for the Henry Schein Products portfolio within an assigned territory in Alberta. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert, deliver product demonstrations, and support sales strategies for private practices and multi-site organizations.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth of the Henry Schein Products portfolio within your assigned territory.
- Partner closely with Field Sales Consultants, Regional Managers, and Multi-Site Managers to identify and execute growth opportunities.
- Conduct business reviews and leverage analytics to uncover account and category-level opportunities.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Henry Schein Products, supporting and coaching internal sales teams.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations both in-person and virtually to private practices and multi-site organizations.
- Support the development of proposals, implementation plans, and sales strategies for multi-site and strategic accounts.
- Lead and participate in formal account reviews to drive adoption and growth across customer portfolios.
- Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) and reporting platforms to track, analyze, and manage territory performance.
- Attend trade shows, customer events, and industry functions to support business development.
- Execute strategic initiatives and programs to increase market share and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For
- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing a dynamic territory.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
Nice to Have
- Dental industry experience is considered an asset.
