AlexStaff Agency is hiring a C++ Developer to work on quantitative trading and advanced market technologies. In this role, you will develop high-performance, low-latency systems that power trading strategies, collaborating with a distributed engineering team.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain high-performance components using modern C++
Optimize the performance, latency, and scalability of existing systems
Integrate new features, tools, or data sources into the platform
Participate in architectural discussions and technical decision-making
Collaborate with engineers across teams in a distributed environment

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience with modern standards of C++ 17/20
Strong Linux background
Background in high-load systems and low-latency optimization at a systems level
Experience working with distributed systems, system architecture, and design patterns
Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures, and object-oriented design
Background in big tech, high-performance startups, or companies working with complex, scalable applications
English proficiency at C1+ level

Nice to Have

Basic scripting skills in Python
Networking experience
Background in low-latency systems, HFT, telecom, or game development
