Eaton Corporation is looking for a Busway Business Development Engineer to drive the growth and market penetration of Low Voltage Busway systems within the GCC region. This role combines technical expertise in electrical power distribution with strategic business development to expand sales channels, develop partnerships, and support key projects in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and data center markets. Eaton is dedicated to improving the quality of life and the environment through the use of power management technology and services.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies for LV busway systems.
- Identify new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, infrastructure, and data center segments.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline and forecast sales performance.
- Identify, recruit, and develop channel partners.
- Provide partner training on LV busway, its applications, and value propositions.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Provide technical consultation on LV busway system design and application.
- Support consultants, contractors, and end users with system selection and specifications.
- Conduct product presentations and technical workshops.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 5+ years of Techno-Commercial experience in LV busway systems.
- In-depth knowledge of LV busway systems.
- Excellent communication skills, commercial acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
