Join Centene Management Company LLC as a Business Intelligence Engineer I, where you will create reports, visualizations, and dashboards that provide critical business insights and aid decision-making. You will develop BI solution architecture to translate business requirements into technology and support strategic goals for Business Intelligence within a diversified, national organization.

What You'll Do

Create reports, visualizations, dashboards, and metrics that provide business insight and aid decision-making.
Develop BI solution architecture to accurately translate business requirements into technology and ensure designs meet business needs.
Support day-to-day activities defining architecture, establishing infrastructure, and implementing standards for delivering BI solutions.
Conduct business analysis to enable technology solutions that fulfill strategic business needs and objectives.
Perform project setups, analysis, designs, and provide support for customers.
Support the execution of long-term strategic goals for Business Intelligence development with users, managers, clients, and stakeholders.
Conduct research and make recommendations on Business Intelligence products, services, and standards.
Perform and oversee programming, quality assurance, documentation, deployment, training, and project support.
Design, develop, support, and debug Business Objects universes and reports.
Provide timely and appropriate communication to business owners and users on issue status and resolution.
Develop and maintain the Business Intelligence architecture at Centene.
Oversee ongoing development and operations of Business Intelligence tools and reports.
Collaborate with end users to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management and delivery.
Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture on solution design to ensure it conforms to enterprise standards and future roadmaps.

What We're Looking For

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science) or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill.

Nice to Have

0-2 years of related experience.
Experience with Power BI.
Experience with Excel.
Experience with ServiceNow.
