Wolf & Company is hiring a Business Development Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities

• Identify and build targeted prospect lists for various service lines
• Perform detailed research on key prospects as needed
• Monitor news and external sources to identify and add new potential clients
• Utilize Salesforce, Pard0t, and ZoomInfo to design and execute niche-specific outreach campaigns
• Engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate and assess leads
• Evaluate leads to determine alignment and readiness for offered services
• Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales personnel
• Log all outreach and follow-up activities in the Salesforce CRM system
• Deliver consistent progress updates and performance reports to the Business Development Director
• Collaborate with team members to deepen understanding of service capabilities and target industries
• Complete additional tasks as directed by leadership
