Responsibilities
- Take ownership of outbound prospecting with strategic direction.
- Design and execute targeted outreach via email, LinkedIn, and phone to initiate initial conversations.
- Evaluate and assess potential opportunities for sales fit.
- Conduct guided discovery calls to determine alignment with the ideal customer profile.
- Develop relationships with leads through consistent engagement.
- Provide follow-ups that reinforce value and define clear next steps to maintain progress.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Coordinate with marketing campaigns and ensure smooth handoffs to Account Executives.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline.
- Record all customer interactions and notes precisely in Salesforce.
- Gather and report market feedback and customer insights.
- Share frontline observations to improve messaging and targeting strategies.
- Assist in executing marketing events and promotional campaigns.
- Engage prospects before and after events to generate qualified pipeline.
