What You'll Do
- Help identify and engage potential roaster clients across Europe through targeted outreach via email and phone
- Maintain and update customer relationship management data to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and sales pipelines
- Conduct market research to understand evolving customer needs and regional trends in specialty coffee
- Prepare and coordinate product samples and promotional materials for client presentations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, or equivalent academic track
- Demonstrated adaptability and enthusiasm for working in fast-moving, entrepreneurial settings
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset when addressing client needs
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required
- Must be located in Amsterdam for the duration of the internship
- Willingness to learn and apply new sales strategies effectively
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Dutch, French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, or German is a significant advantage
