Responsibilities
- Manage multiple business transformation projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to defined timelines, scope, and quality standards.
- Lead end-to-end execution of small-scale change initiatives from project initiation through to final handover.
- Orchestrate delivery of large, cross-functional programs by integrating contributions from diverse teams and senior stakeholders.
- Maintain transparent, proactive communication with stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and emerging issues.
- Lead business analysis efforts to establish clear project goals, scope, and success metrics aligned with strategic business needs.
- Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with stakeholders to assess current processes, challenges, data needs, and future objectives.
- Convert business needs into well-defined, actionable project outputs.
- Create and maintain comprehensive operational and project documentation, including standard operating procedures, workflows, and process diagrams.
- Ensure all project-related documentation remains accurate, complete, and up to date throughout the project lifecycle.
- Serve as the central hub for coordinating cross-functional activities, ensuring clear ownership, defined actions, and managed dependencies.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and working sessions to align stakeholders, clarify requirements, resolve blockers, and advance project timelines.
- Develop trusted relationships across departments to foster collaboration and support adoption of new processes and tools.
- Support organizational change adoption by partnering with teams to integrate new practices into daily operations.
- Help refine and enhance business change methodologies, templates, and delivery standards to improve consistency and maturity.
- Propose improvements to processes, data handling, and operations based on insights gained during project execution.
- Advocate for proven project and change management practices across the organization to improve delivery performance and reduce operational risk.
