Requirements
- Knowledge of/experience with: Windows 7 (how to set up pc’s from an image, add users, change permissions, start/stop services, add/map network drives and printers, troubleshooting Windows issues)
- Hardware (how to troubleshoot printers, physical issues with pc’s, connections)
- Comfortable working with/understanding of PCS on a domain or workgroup
- RDP (familiar and has used for remote monitoring/troubleshooting)
- Strong Team Member
- Great communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Willing and capable to work different shifts (days and hours) including 'on call'
- Willing and capable of walking multiple miles per day
Nice to Have
- A plus would be if they have worked with kiosks or ATMs before and/or familiar with PCI compliant processes
- Basic understanding of networking (IPv4) for setup, configuration and troubleshooting along with an understanding of TCP 'Ports'
- Comfortable working with RegEdit
- Knowledge of AD Containers, OUs and GPOs
