Flock Safety is looking for a Business Analyst to join our IT PMO & Delivery team. In this role, you will be a critical partner to stakeholders across Sales, DealOps, Finance, Accounting, Operations, and IT Applications, designing and delivering scalable system solutions that drive efficiency and data integrity.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders and project managers to translate business needs into actionable system requirements.
- Manage requirements gathering, documentation, and testing to ensure solutions are delivered with quality and aligned to business goals.
- Design and deliver scalable system solutions that improve efficiency, visibility, and data integrity across the organization.
- Connect upstream quoting and contracting processes with downstream operational workflows such as fulfillment, installation, and service delivery.
- Support initiatives spanning multiple departments and tools, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Docusign CLM, NetSuite, and operations systems.
- Document the end-to-end Lead to Cash process and its operational handoffs.
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities across Revenue and Operations workflows.
- Map system dependencies across Salesforce, NetSuite, and operational systems.
- Take ownership of small projects to deliver end-to-end.
- Participate actively in sprint ceremonies: refining stories, slotting enhancements into sprints, and supporting UAT.
- Independently manage multiple Lead to Cash tasks/enhancements.
- Own detailed documentation for new system changes and cross-functional process updates.
- Assist in user training and post go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
- Identify and propose tactical improvements for recurring pain points.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Business Systems Analyst.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Docusign, Netsuite, and other supporting systems across Revenue, Lead Management, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Operational Delivery.
- Strong understanding of cross-functional process dependencies between Sales, Finance, and Operations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to document business requirements, functional design specifications, and end-user training materials.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable system requirements.
- Ability to act as a business partner to facilitate cross-functional business discussions to uncover gaps, opportunities, or pain points.
- Experience with JIRA for story creation, backlog management, and QA/test case tracking.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), working within sprint cadences and project management best practices/methodologies.

- Preferably in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration and integrations.
- Has a natural curiosity and eagerness to learn new things.
- Are motivated and self-driven, with a desire to take ownership of their work.

You will be part of the IT PMO & Delivery team and will partner closely with the Sr. IT Project Manager, Lead to Cash.

- Compensation: $75,000 and $95,000 + equity via Flock Safety Stock Options.
