About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Collect and assess data from multiple sources to support strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with departments to understand operational challenges and goals
  • Develop clear documentation for processes, workflows, and system requirements
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions for improvement
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams
  • Create reports and dashboards to track performance metrics
  • Support project planning and execution across functional areas
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed changes or new initiatives
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
  • Participate in testing new tools and software updates
  • Monitor key performance indicators and report on trends
  • Assist in defining success criteria for business projects
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards
  • Drive continuous improvement through data validation and feedback loops
