Requirements
- 3 years minimum experience in working as a Business Analyst for previous Banking and Consultancy experience
- Understanding of business process redesign concepts and process improvement techniques
- Proven experience in IT projects (system implementations, migrations, and enhancements)
- Strong knowledge of core banking processes (current accounts, payments, lending, customer master data, etc.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and experience producing structured functional documentation (BRD, FRD, test cases)
- Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall and/or Agile)
- Proven stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Effective and flexible communication skills with the ability to communicate to a variety of audiences across business function and level and tailor messages appropriately
- Ability to work autonomously and manage activities independently
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) and native speaker level of Italian
