SIX – Infrastructure, Data & Services for Finance – is looking for a Business Analyst to join the CONNEXOR team. You will contribute to the evolution of reference data solutions for financial markets by analyzing customer needs, driving product innovation, and supporting market participants in integrating services.
What You'll Do
- Analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for new and existing customer solutions.
- Support the design and development of new products and services, and actively contribute to various project initiatives.
- Ensure clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., customers, management, business specialists, service providers).
- Provide professional and technical guidance to market participants integrating or extending CONNEXOR services.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and continuous improvement of solutions.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial industry (e.g., banks, financial service providers, trading venues).
- Very strong experience with databases and data analysis; proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Exceptional understanding of financial markets, with in-depth knowledge of structured products and their components, as well as the principles of quantitative finance.
- Very strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, quick comprehension, and a precise, structured working style.
- Fluent English skills to interact with international colleagues and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Spanish language knowledge.
