Grupo Bancolombia is hiring a Business Analyst to drive commercial strategies within our corporate segment. You will execute actions through market research, data analysis, and close coordination with internal departments to ensure business evolution and regulatory compliance.
What You'll Do
- Mobilize commercial actions by understanding client needs and business cycles, supporting solution development, and acting as a liaison between different areas.
- Support the assigned Manager in building, implementing, mobilizing, and tracking commercial actions with different sectorial Vice Presidencies.
- Execute defined actions with EVCs and General Management areas requiring commercial team participation, coordinating with commercial managers from different business lines.
- Channel observations, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities for products, services, processes, and tools to the EVCs or responsible areas for prioritization.
- Promote and facilitate regulatory compliance and address internal and external requirements needing commercial team involvement.
- Drive continuous improvement in work methods, communications, reports, tools, and metrics for the Management and Team.
What We're Looking For
- Valid certificate of disability.
- Professional degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related fields.
Team & Environment
You will work supporting the assigned Manager and coordinating with Sectorial Vice Presidencies, EVCs, and General Management areas.

Work Mode
