Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the airline sector
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing business processes
- Excellent organizational, planning, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities
- Clear and precise communication skills across all management levels
- Capable of managing multiple projects, setting priorities, and adapting to change while aligning customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience applying analysis methods including gathering requirements and developing use cases
- Familiarity with Agile software development practices
