Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of brand marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines and objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams, agencies, and external partners to coordinate communication and reporting.
- Maintain organized project documentation, track progress, and communicate updates, milestones, and potential issues.
- Assist with marketing asset requests, ensuring clear briefs and smooth creative revision cycles.
- Collect and relay feedback between stakeholders and creative teams.
- Monitor and archive assets and media coverage related to brand initiatives.
- Prepare and update presentations, media kits, and other marketing materials.
- Process invoices, track expenses, and support budget monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors and accounting to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Oversee departmental tools and subscriptions, liaising with procurement and IT.
- Maintain and update documentation, project tools, and brand resources.
- Support onboarding by keeping training materials current and accessible.
- Identify and recommend improvements to processes and team efficiency.
