ElevenLabs is hiring a Brand Designer to craft impactful visual assets that define our identity. In this full-time role, you will enhance our brand presence across diverse projects, from digital interfaces to physical events, communicating complex AI concepts through compelling design.
What You'll Do
- Design visually compelling assets for socials, blog posts and decks.
- Develop illustrations and graphics for our marketing website and product interfaces.
- Create engaging visuals for events, including one-pagers, booth designs, and promotional materials.
- Design unique company merch that reflects our brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables while pushing creative boundaries.
- Collaborate with our Growth, Video, Design, and Ops teams to understand project needs and deliver impactful design work.
What We're Looking For
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand experience across a range of mediums.
- Excellent skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
- Ability to adapt to ElevenLabs' brand guidelines while bringing fresh, innovative ideas.
- Strong visual storytelling skills to effectively communicate complex AI concepts.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, high-quality work.
- Effective communication skills to present design concepts and rationales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Passionate about audio AI driven by a desire to make content universally accessible and breaking the frontiers of new tech.
- Highly motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic.
- Analytical, efficient, and strive on solving complex challenges with a first principles mindset.

Team & Environment
You will work closely with Nev Flynn and Marina Kondratenko from the Design Team, as well as members of the Growth Team and Operations Teams to support asset creation.
Work Mode
This is a global position open to candidates in Bangalore, Dublin, London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw. We are remote first with optional in-person offices in London, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo, and Warsaw.
