About the Role
This role focuses on building brand affinity by delivering memorable experiences at bars, restaurants, and events. The ambassador will educate consumers and trade partners, promote responsible consumption, and elevate brand presence through consistent, high-energy engagement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-venue brand activations at bars, restaurants, and retail locations
- Engage directly with consumers to enhance product awareness and trial
- Deliver brand messaging with authenticity and enthusiasm
- Support product launches with on-site presence and promotional support
- Train bar and restaurant staff on product features and cocktail recipes
- Gather consumer feedback to inform future marketing strategies
- Ensure brand compliance in all promotional materials and displays
- Maintain accurate records of event performance and engagement metrics
- Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align local efforts with national campaigns
- Promote responsible drinking practices during all interactions
- Represent the brand at festivals, concerts, and community events
- Build relationships with key venue managers and beverage directors
- Monitor competitor activity and report market insights
- Distribute branded merchandise in accordance with guidelines
- Adhere to all alcohol advertising regulations and company policies
- Respond promptly to scheduling and logistical requests
- Deliver consistent brand experience across diverse customer demographics
- Execute sampling programs within legal and safety standards
- Track inventory of promotional materials and samples
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all events
- Use mobile tools for time reporting and activity logging
- Support off-premise retail locations with product education
- Drive trial through targeted sampling strategies
- Contribute to post-event summaries and performance reviews
