The Bosch Connected Industry division of Robert Bosch GmbH is looking for a Kfz-Mechatroniker im Innendienst (w/m/div.) to join our team in Magdeburg. In this role, you will provide critical technical support and documentation, focusing on workshop equipment and diagnostic systems.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical documentation for customers.
- Analyze technical problems through Root Cause Analysis for workshop equipment and diagnostic systems.
- Use remote diagnostic tools to solve problems efficiently and document all incidents in internal systems.
- Follow standardized processes and escalate to higher support levels when necessary, providing relevant data and log files.
- Maintain communication with internal Bosch departments, international locations, and support colleagues.
- Create content for the knowledge database and FAQ documentation.
- Take on project-related tasks and pursue continuous professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Completed apprenticeship as a Kfz-Mechatroniker/in or Kfz-Servicetechniker/in.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in a workshop environment or technical customer support.
- Independent, structured, service-oriented, and strong communication skills, even in challenging situations.
- Team player, resilient, and customer-focused.
- Excellent German language skills (at least level C1).
- Good English language skills (at least level B2).
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
