Motion Industries is hiring a Boilermaker to join our team, focusing on repairs, maintenance, and fabrication within the heavy structural industry. You will be instrumental in performing critical work during shutdowns and on general maintenance projects, ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.
What You'll Do
- Perform repairs and maintenance, including welding activities.
- Work on shutdowns and general maintenance tasks.
- Carry out repair work aligned to scheduled work plans.
- Ensure all work is performed to company guidelines and standards.
- Carry out fabrication and structural site works.
What We're Looking For
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate.
- Full driver's licence.
- Solid experience in a similar position working in structural fabrication & welding.
- Flexibility to work overtime hours and weekends as required.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads effectively.
- Be a team player willing to support other areas when required.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TIG, MIG and stick welding.
- EWP licence.
- Forklift licence.
- Confined Space certification.
