Requirements
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
- Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model
- Fun, compassionate, and open-minded disposition geared toward learning
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead with a positive attitude, even during stressful situations
- Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
