Discovery ABA is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time hybrid role blending in-clinic and remote work. You will join a clinician-led team dedicated to delivering high-quality care and helping children with autism and developmental disabilities thrive.
What You'll Do
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home and community goals.
- Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
- Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
What We're Looking For
- Active BCBA Certification.
- North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst).
Nice to Have
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
