Johnson Controls Inc. is looking for a BMS Associate Engineer to join our Building Efficiency Division. In this role, you will build your career in Building Management Systems (BMS) by supporting experienced engineers in delivering energy‑efficient solutions across customer sites in London and the South.
What You'll Do
- Support routine BMS PPM visits under senior supervision
- Assist in responding to basic BMS issues and callouts
- Review site logbooks and help address minor issues
- Produce clear service notes and support upgrade recommendations
- Assist subcontractors on-site when required
- Learn to modify and configure BMS software
- Maintain documentation relating to system changes
- Develop understanding of HVAC plant and BMS controls
What We're Looking For
- Interest or experience in BMS, HVAC, or related technical fields
- Basic understanding of electrical principles or control systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Clean UK driving licence
Nice to Have
- Experience with AHUs, FCUs, or chillers
- Familiarity with Trend, Tridium, or Metasys
- HNC/HND in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or a similar field
