About the Role
Design and oversee the development of blockchain infrastructure, ensuring robustness, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture for blockchain networks and decentralized systems
- Lead the implementation of secure and efficient smart contracts
- Evaluate and select appropriate consensus mechanisms
- Integrate blockchain solutions with existing enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with development teams on protocol design
- Optimize performance and throughput of blockchain platforms
- Design tokenomics models for decentralized ecosystems
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Guide deployment of mainnet and testnet environments
- Develop standards for cryptographic key management
- Support cross-chain interoperability strategies
- Mentor engineers on blockchain best practices
- Troubleshoot network-level issues in distributed systems
- Assess scalability solutions such as layer-2 protocols
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and design decisions
- Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and protocols
- Ensure high availability and fault tolerance in network design
- Implement monitoring and alerting for blockchain nodes
- Work with product teams to align technical capabilities with roadmap
- Advocate for decentralization and trustless system principles
- Design wallet and key management solutions
- Support audit readiness for financial and security reviews
- Evaluate trade-offs between public and private blockchain networks
- Drive adoption of secure coding standards in smart contract development
Compensation
