ewor is seeking a Biotech Co-Founder / CPO to independently build and run a high-growth startup. You will be directly employed by EWOR and embark on a customised personal development program designed by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your own startup in fields such as Biotech.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders.
- Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
- Build up a sales force or create a marketing engine.
What We're Looking For
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- Excellent communication skills in the English language.
