ewor is looking for a Fintech Co-Founder / CEO to own, build, and run your own high-growth startup. Supported by our fellowship program, you will embark on a personal development journey with intensive coaching designed to scale your company to €100M+ in revenues and secure multi-million euro funding rounds.
What You'll Do
- Own, build, and run your startup, focusing on fields such as Fintech.
- Iterate your product until you have reached product-market fit.
- Receive support in building a sales force or creating a marketing engine.
- Take full responsibility for scaling your startup to €100M+ in revenues.
- Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program to enhance your goal, time, and energy management.
What We're Looking For
- You are based in Europe or the Americas, or are open to relocate.
- You are willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
- You have excellent communication skills in English.
