Responsibilities
- Treat both new and existing customers like a family member.
- Reception of all incoming telephone calls and email.
- Set-up new customer accounts for medical products service; such as diabetes supplies and breast pumps.
- Obtain insurance, referral, physician, and patient demographic information.
- Enter/Manage all refill orders for existing customers.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Excellent verbal and computer skills with the desire to communicate with customers and prospects a majority of each workday.
- Effective at retaining and disseminating health insurance plan information.
- Ability to learn the products and receive training through virtual methods.
- At least 1+ years of experience in a customer service organizations or healthcare environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasked environment.
- Word processing skill of 40 WPM.
- Detail oriented.
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
