OMD EMEA is hiring a BI Developer - Data Operations and Reporting

About the Role

We are looking for a BI Developer to help shape how Dyson, a global innovative brand, uses data to drive smarter marketing decisions. The role involves leading business intelligence and reporting workstreams, transforming complex media data into actionable insights, and contributing to the evolution of Annalect’s BI and visualization products across EMEA.

What You'll Do

  • Lead business intelligence and reporting workstreams that turn complex, large-scale media data into clear, actionable insights
  • Evolve Annalect’s BI and visualisation products and set best-practice standards across EMEA
  • Work closely with data engineering teams to design scalable, future-ready solutions
  • Mentor and upskill BI specialists
  • Contribute to innovation, including the use of AI in BI
  • Help deliver market-leading reporting solutions for a global client
  • Partner closely with clients and agency teams
  • Influence product direction and own the 'so what' of data insights

What We're Looking For

  • Passionate about Power BI
  • Experience with cloud data platforms
  • Ability to use data to unlock better marketing outcomes
  • Proven ability to work at the intersection of data, technology, and storytelling

Nice to Have

  • Experience mentoring or upskilling BI specialists
  • Background in using AI within BI contexts
  • Experience working with global or high-profile brands

Team & Environment

Part of Annalect EMEA, a division within Omnicom Media Group Europe (OMG EMEA), collaborating with global and regional teams including local market Annalect teams and Omnicom agency partners. The team is growing rapidly, with members based in over 80 countries.

Work Mode

Hybrid role with office locations in London, Manchester, Newcastle. Standard working hours are 9:30–17:30 with flexibility around core hours 10:30–16:30; employees can adjust start and end times (e.g., 8:30–16:30 or 10:30–18:30).
