Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience required.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Workday is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and timely responses is mandatory.
- Proven experience in high-volume, deadline-driven environments with a customer service focus.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team structure.
- Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently while maintaining high service standards.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree or professional certification such as CEBS, CBP, or PHR/SPHR is preferred.
- Prior experience in benefits administration within a not-for-profit or higher education institution is advantageous.
- Familiarity with self-insured, fully-insured, and defined contribution benefit plans is desired.
- Experience overseeing self-funded or consortium-managed health insurance programs is a plus.
