Invisible is looking for a Basque Language Specialist - AI Trainer to provide high-quality training data for large-scale language models. You will play a key role in advancing AI by evaluating and improving model performance on complex Basque language tasks.
What You'll Do
- Converse with AI models on diverse Basque language scenarios.
- Verify the factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs.
- Capture reproducible error traces from language models.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
- Document model failure modes on topics like ergativity, verb conjugation, noun declension, sentence structure, dialectal variation, and formal/informal speech.
What We're Looking For
- Expertise in Basque grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in Basque language, linguistics, or a closely related field.
- Peer-reviewed publications.
- Teaching experience.
- Hands-on linguistic analysis projects.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills.
