KPMG is looking for a Bank Project Worker (also referred to as Support Worker or Independent Living Assistant) to join our compassionate, community-focused team. You will play a vital role in supporting people with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential at our service in Hereford.
What You'll Do
- Support customers with learning and physical disabilities to build independence and reach their potential.
- Provide one-to-one support when needed.
- Promote safety through risk assessments and regular reviews.
- Assess needs and update support plans.
- Deliver small group activities to support recovery and wellbeing.
What We're Looking For
- Experience supporting adults with physical or learning disabilities or high needs.
- Empathetic and able to relate to people with diverse needs.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and maintain accurate records.
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
- Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar).
