What You'll Do
- Work in a fast-paced bakery environment producing baked goods.
- Contribute to maintaining a bakery department that is exceptionally presented, welcoming, and engaging.
- Delight customers with a love for baking.
- Coach and support other team members in honing their craft.
What We're Looking For
- Trade Certification or Diploma in baking.
- Extensive baking experience, particularly in a high-speed baking setting.
- Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
- Customer obsessed mindset.
- Passion for quality and consistency.
