Invisible Technologies is hiring a Backend Engineering Specialist - AI Trainer to help shape the future of AI. You will use your technical depth and coding expertise to create high-quality training data for large-scale language models by focusing on backend engineering concepts.
What You'll Do
- Review and annotate AI-generated code for correctness and clarity.
- Assess code outputs for logical and structural soundness.
- Identify and document recurring error patterns for model improvement.
- Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and engineering guidelines.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in backend technologies and principles.
- Strong experience with languages such as Python, Java, Go, or C++.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express.
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Clear communication skills and strong problem-solving ability.
- Attention to detail in technical analysis and documentation.
Nice to Have
- Experience with API design and implementation.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
