About the Role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend architectures for recommendation platforms
- Integrate large language models into real-time recommendation workflows
- Optimize system performance for low latency and high availability
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize machine learning models
- Ensure data consistency and reliability across distributed systems
- Develop APIs for internal and external service communication
- Monitor system health and respond to production incidents
- Improve recommendation accuracy through algorithmic enhancements
- Work closely with frontend teams to deliver seamless user experiences
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems and processes
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions
- Implement security best practices in all backend components
- Support data pipeline development for training and inference
- Troubleshoot and resolve system bottlenecks
- Contribute to database schema design and query optimization
- Ensure compliance with platform reliability standards
- Develop automated testing frameworks for backend services
- Assist in capacity planning and infrastructure scaling
- Stay current with advancements in AI and distributed systems
- Drive innovation in recommendation algorithms and personalization
