Responsibilities
- Partner with engineering teams to develop scalable and reliable software systems
- Take ownership of technical projects and lead them from start to finish
- Improve the platform to support more business features through user-driven configuration
- Advance system automation to improve scalability, reliability, and deployment processes
- Develop and maintain shared platform libraries and components using AWS, Go, Python, Erlang, and Kafka
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to define and implement platform improvements
- Expand capabilities on the CloudNative platform by leveraging AWS services for faster delivery and better performance
- Strengthen observability systems to gain deeper insights into platform behavior and performance
- Support the growth of the engineering team by refining development practices and workflows
- Lead efforts to continuously improve team efficiency and technical output
