PropLogix is hiring a Back Office Analyst to join our team supporting US real estate closings. This is a full-time, fully remote position based in Colombia. You will perform critical property due diligence research, compiling reports that help clients navigate one of the biggest purchases of their lives. The role requires working during Colombian holidays to align with the US business schedule.
What You'll Do
- Perform property due diligence research using Google, municipal websites, and other online resources.
- Compile detailed research reports and send information to respective clients.
- Ensure all projects comply with specific state requirements.
- Contact municipal government offices to validate construction permits.
- Assist in processing permits in the USA and understanding their requirements.
What We're Looking For
- A high school degree or equivalent.
- Experience in Real Estate or construction in the USA.
- An advanced level of English reading and writing (B2/C1).
- Proactivity, responsibility, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Ability and willingness to work during Colombian holidays to match the US schedule.
- A distraction-free home work environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening prior to any offer of employment.
