Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary Kft. is looking for a B2B Shared Enablers - Engineering & Delivery Expert (REF5057S). You will be an engineering-driven professional working at the intersection of product, engineering, and real-world delivery. Your core mission is to bridge business-facing product teams, engineering delivery teams, and local country IT organizations to create and execute clear, realistic end-to-end delivery plans for shared B2B enablers built on existing B2C platforms.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end engineering and delivery alignment for shared B2B digital enablers built on top of existing B2C platforms.
- Act as a bridge between business-layer product teams and engineering delivery teams, translating needs, constraints, and trade-offs.
- Work closely with local country IT teams to understand their systems, constraints, and readiness.
- Co-create and negotiate tangible E2E delivery plans with all involved global and local parties.
- Help teams execute plans by removing blockers, clarifying dependencies, and aligning expectations.
- Contribute hands-on to architecture, design, and technical decisions where it adds the most value.
- Ensure consistent use of APIs, integration layers, and shared services, while respecting local realities.
- Balance speed, quality, and sustainability in delivery decisions.
- Keep a strong focus on outcomes and delivered value.
What We're Looking For
- A strong engineering foundation with several years of hands-on experience in software development and/or DevOps.
- Experience working with digital platforms or products that span multiple teams or organizations.
- Ability to understand both business-facing requirements and engineering realities.
- Experience collaborating with distributed or cross-company teams.
- Comfortable working in complex environments without formal authority.
- Able to structure problems, align stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into concrete delivery plans.
- Clear, pragmatic communication skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
