EWOR GmbH is looking for a B2B Co-Founder / CPTO to build and scale your own startup. You will join our radically selective fellowship, receiving intensive support and funding while embarking on a comprehensive personal development journey. As part of the world's top 0.1% of founder prodigies, you will work towards making your startup investible and achieving product-market-fit.

What You'll Do

Build and run your own startup in fields such as B2B.
Embark on an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders, following a fully customized program enhancing goal, time, and energy management.
Iterate your product until reaching product-market-fit.
Receive support in building up a sales force or creating a marketing empire.
Take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.

What We're Looking For

Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate.
Willingness to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues.
Excellent communication skills and English language.

Benefits & Compensation

A salary while you build your startup as you will directly be employed by us. Alternatively, you can opt for up to €500k in funding.
