M&T Bank is seeking a detail-oriented B Shift Returns Data Entry professional to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating returned item data daily and entering data as required, working closely with the Returns Department leadership team in the performance of a wide range of administrative and operational tasks.
What You'll Do
- Support the leadership team and inspectors with data entry of returned items.
- Maintain excellent service standards to other departments within the organization.
- Interface with internal leadership including department supervisor and lead.
- Ensure emails are responded to daily regarding customer inquiries.
- Enter data as needed by the Returns Department and or the Customer Service Department.
What We're Looking For
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to understand multiple systems such as WMS systems High Jump.
- Ability to communicate in English/Spanish.
- Basic Excel skills.
- Basic computer skills and understanding.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Research skills for missing customer information and going through reports.
Nice to Have
- Warehouse experience.
- R/F scanner background.
- Data entry experience.
